We will always set guitars up to your satisfaction before purchase and tweek them
free of charge for a year afterwards.
We always have a sense of humour and it's generally recomended that our
customers have one too.
No one at Wavelength Music has ever been trained in selling and we do not believe in the idea of following customers round trying to persuade them to
buy something.
We will however, give you all the time in the world to chose without pressure, the instrument that is right for you and if you do require any friendly, honest advice you only have to ask.
You might even get a cup of tea.
Wavelength staff apart from being slightly mad, have a real passion for guitars and
guitar playing.
As well as over 600 guitars we have a large choice of banjos and mandolins and carry an enormous selection of parts, spares and accessories, strings, straps, stands, bags, cases, FX units, pedals and amplification.
Our aim is to encourage guitar playing at every level, because we feel it is one of life's greatest pleasures.
